About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships within the semiconductor and industrial automation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in semiconductor manufacturing and automation.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver customer solutions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, robotics, or industrial machinery.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and provide solution-based selling.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Preferred

Existing network within semiconductor fabs, EMS, electronics manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Experience in selling capital equipment, automation systems, or turnkey engineering solutions.
