Lighthouse Executives is exclusively representing a global leader in industrial air technologies to identify a Sales Manager who will drive growth across SEA & Oceania. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in industrial solutions, particularly Thermal technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead direct and indirect sales channels, developing strategy and value propositions for customers.
- Manage end-to-end proposal processes and deliver sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Build, lead, and motivate regional sales teams to exceed objectives.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.
- Oversee strategic account planning, forecasting, and CRM management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (finance, applications, operations) to deliver customer excellence.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 8+ years of proven industrial air solutions sales experience, with exposure to Thermal technology.
- Strong track record of closing deals in highly technical markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, detail-driven, and able to manage complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel across SEA & Oceania.
- Experienced in Engineering and Technology Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
