Our client is a leading provider of Data Center Infrastructure & Thermal Management Solutions, serving colocation, enterprise, and cloud customers across Asia Pacific. The company is expanding its regional presence and is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive business growth and strategic customer engagement in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development and achieve sales targets across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Develop relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, data center owners, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to project closure.
- Promote the company's data center infrastructure and thermal management solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customer solutions and support project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years (Manager) / 12+ years (Director) of sales experience in data center, HVAC, cooling, critical infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven track record in business development and key account management.
- Good understanding of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies, including liquid cooling, precision cooling, or HVAC solutions.
- Existing relationships with data center operators and ecosystem partners are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
