  • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
  • OUTSOURCE : We support organizations at every stage of their HR and payroll outsourcing journey, helping them operate compliantly, efficiently, and at scale

Our latest fundraising of 1 billion euros aims to accelerate our growth and international expansion. Our goal is to double our revenue within five years and become the world leader in HR digital transformation.

YOUR MISSIONS

As Sales Manager at HR Path Singapore, your mission will be to develop a sales and account management plan jointly with our Partners, develop a large portfolio of accounts and projects.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders for business development and partnership efforts with clients and SAP
  • Build on regional strategic and tactical business development plans that are aligned to organizational goals
  • Manage sales pipeline in a proactive manner to ensure attainment of group contributions to the organizational goals
  • Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle
  • Responsible for the acquisition of new clients
  • Drive the sales of our solutions portfolio in the region

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least a university degree in HR or IT or any other related discipline
  • Must have at least 6-10 years of extensive sales experience with business applications and/or IT solutions
  • Aptitude of leading and coaching team members, providing feedback, partnering with business stakeholders on all aspects of employee relations and training development
  • Have positioned winning strategy and value proposition
  • Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Experienced in constructing technology deals focusing on consulting and system integration
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and effective problem-solving skills
  • Forward-thinking and agile mindset
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and challenge business practices
