about the job
- Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for marine and power products
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and suppliers
- Oversee all aftersales operations, including maintenance programs, warranty claims, and spare parts availability
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of both the sales and service teams
- Manage departmental budgets, track operational KPIs, and prepare management reports
- Plan promotional campaigns and negotiate contracts to expand market presence
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, ideally within the marine industries
- Proven track record in sales management, achieving targets, and handling dealer networks
- Prior experience managing aftersales operations and familiarity with technical equipment are preferred
