About Our Client

Our client is a well-backed, regulated fintech platform operating at the forefront of stablecoin payments, digital asset infrastructure and next-generation settlement rails. The business enables enterprises and institutions to move, convert and settle value seamlessly across fiat and blockchain-based ecosystems.

With growing institutional adoption of stablecoin-based payment infrastructure across Asia, they are expanding their commercial team to drive new client acquisition across corporates, fintechs, payment companies and digital asset clients.

Job Description

  • Hunt and acquire new enterprise and institutional clients across fintech, payments, digital assets, commodities, trade and cross-border sectors.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to onboarding, negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Payments, Product, Finance, Digital Assets and C-suite functions.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach across stablecoin on/off-ramp, fiat-to-digital asset conversion, cross-border settlement and liquidity use cases.
  • Work closely with Product, Compliance, Legal and Operations to structure scalable, client-specific payment and settlement solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7 years of B2B sales or business development experience across stablecoins, digital assets, fintech, payments or institutional financial services.
  • Proven ability to hunt, build pipeline and close enterprise or institutional clients from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of stablecoin flows, digital asset liquidity, cross-border payments, treasury or settlement use cases.
  • Experience selling to corporates, payment companies, fintechs, exchanges, trading firms, wallets, digital asset firms or institutional clients.
  • Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
