- Proven experience in the hospitality, hotel, or healthcare sector
- Strong background in luxury service or VIP client sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized consultations with VIP clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service recommendations
- Oversee the full sales and customer service setup for the pre-opening phase
- Lead and manage the Sales and Customer Service Teams
- Develop and execute strategies to drive room sales and client acquisition
- Promote and grow the client base for high-end SPA programs
