JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to Assistant Outlet Manager, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager is responsible in overseeing that guest are warmly welcomed at the F&B Outlets. At the same time, he/she will assist in the development and execution of promotions to increase revenue.
What you will be DOING:
Guest Relations
. Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure high service standards.
. Maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIP clientele, ensuring their preferences are noted and catered to.
General
. Drive F&B sales through effective guest engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of dining options and promotions.
. Effectively control guest flow in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover
. Ensure that the restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that both service staff and tables are ready in line with opening standards
. Provide training, monitor and assess the performance of service staff
. Assist in carrying out quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment
. Collaborate with the F&B team to develop and implement innovative dining experiences, special events, and themed promotions that attract guests.
. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the F&B outlets.
. Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate reservations, special requests, and group bookings.
. Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel
Your experience and skills include:
. Minimum Secondary Education or equivalent
. Minimum 3 years Hotel experience in F&B
. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
. Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
. Strong interpersonal skills and able to establish a good rapport with guests
. Possess full knowledge of restaurant's seating/table plan
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
