Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and all related documentation for customer deliveries
Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales orders and billing documents
Maintain and update proper documentation and records for reference and audit purposes
Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer enquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery status professionally and promptly
Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with customers to ensure timely fulfilment
Handle incoming phone calls and attend to visitors in a professional manner.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and process Goods Received (GR) for incoming stock
Support stock control and warehouse management activities
Assist with regular inventory counts and checks to ensure inventory records are accurate.
Coordinate courier and delivery arrangements for documents and equipment with the sales and engineering teams.
Track delivery status and keep relevant internal teams informed.
Prepare, consolidate, and update daily, weekly, and other administrative or operational reports as required.
Perform general filing and administrative duties
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.
