Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all sales activities in Singapore, from hotels and restaurants to the supermarket sector expansion.
- Business development: identify new opportunities, open doors, and increase market share.
- Manage the full sales process - from product promotion and pricing, through order processing, supply follow-up, and invoicing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and track KPIs.
Requirements
- Singaporean nationality or valid work authorization - local candidates preferred.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in food sales.
- Strong advantage: experience and connections in the supermarket/retail sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high service orientation.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several processes simultaneously under deadlines.
- Capable of handling the entire sales cycle: product presentation, order execution, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
