Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Sales Manager / Executive specializing in BIM (Building Information Modeling) Sales. The Sales Manager / Executive will be responsible for driving business development activities, building relationships with potential clients, presenting BIM solutions, managing customer accounts, and generating revenue. Additionally, the role includes conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Knowledge of BIM solutions, tools, and processes, as well as technical expertise in the construction and real estate industries
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Proposal Development, and Strategic Planning
• Proficient communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate sector is advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred
