Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to help with omni-channel sales strategies, drive B2B partnerships, expand exhibition presence locally and regionally, and achieve monthly revenue targets through strong leadership and hands-on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Establish and grow B2B sales channels with Singapore-based organisations, including: Hospitals, Supermarkets & mini marts, Insurance agencies, Childcare centres, Government & international schools, Corporate & bulk purchase clients

  • Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing, and fulfilment.

  • Build long-term relationships and implement structured account management for repeat orders.

  • Develop strategies to increase sales conversion, brand visibility, and customer database growth.

  • Lead on-site sales execution and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven relevant sales experience in retail, roadshows, exhibitions, or B2B business development.

  • Proven track record in achieving aggressive monthly sales targets.

  • A strong network with malls, event organisers, or corporate clients is an advantage.

  • Experience in regional exhibitions (Malaysia / China) is a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation, planning, and leadership skills.

  • Highly driven, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
