Looking to take your first real step into site leadership

We're hiring an Assistant Branch Manager (Maternity Coverage) to support the operations of one of our Singapore branches. This is a hands-on role — part sales, part operations, part customer service — and a strong platform if you're keen to grow into branch management over time.

→ Renting out storage units and helping customers find the right solution

→ Selling insurance and retail add-ons

→ Handling daily reconciliation

→ Keeping the facility clean, secure, and well-presented

→ Covering as acting Site Lead when the Branch Manager is away

→ Resolving customer issues on the spot

✔ 2–3 years in a customer-facing or sales role

✔ Some supervisory experience helpful but not essential

✔ Comfortable with basic admin

✔ Good communicator — friendly, clear, and reliable

✔ Digitally confident — we use systems daily

✔ Diploma or Degree in Business or related field

✔ Self-storage experience is a bonus, not a requirement

✔ A current driver's license is a plus
