About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee the company's sales operations, leading the team to achieve strategic goals and drive business growth.
1. Strategic Planning & Sales Management (20%)
- Assist the General Manager in developing the company's overall sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Guide the team in conducting market research to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Develop and oversee the execution of the annual sales plan and policies, ensuring effective implementation.
2. Market Intelligence & Analysis (20%)
- Gather and analyze competitive market data to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Assess the competitive landscape, forecast market demand, and provide strategic recommendations.
3. Market Expansion & Business Development (30%)
- Drive market expansion through targeted strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute public relations initiatives and strengthen customer relationships.
- Address and resolve challenges arising during market development promptly and effectively.
4. Continuous Optimization & Competitive Advantage (20%)
- Provide insights from international market trends to domestic teams, ensuring a data-driven approach to product and strategy refinement.
- Work closely with relevant authorities to enhance future-ready solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Additional Responsibilities (10%)
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the General Manager to support business objectives.

About You
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science or technology
- Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience with overlapping customer segments
- Familiarity with ICT testing and LabVIEW functional testing, with experience in Agilent or TERADYNE systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the industrial automation industry, with experience in non-standard automation equipment is a plus
