Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities, develop business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Lead, coach and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial agreements.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective customer service and operational support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.

- Previous experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role is an advantage.

- Proven ability to develop business relationships and achieve sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

- Excellent leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.

- Commercially driven, proactive and capable of working independently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
