E-Freight Global seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This role combines strategic account management, business development, and team leadership to deliver sustainable growth in our freight forwarding and logistics services. You will lead a team of sales executives, manage key account relationships, and execute sales campaigns that position E-Freight Global as the preferred partner for customers.
. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, setting targets, providing coaching, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals
. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
. Manage high-value accounts, maintain strategic client relationships, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in FCL, LCL, airfreight, project cargo, and specialty logistics services
. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for senior management
. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence and customer retention
. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build brand presence and identify new business opportunities
. Monitor competitive landscape and provide market insights to inform pricing and positioning strategies
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
. Minimum 7-9 years of sales experience, with at least 3years in a management or leadership role
. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
. Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related industry
. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
. Experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or international logistics
. Knowledge of LCL/FCL operations, customs clearance, and shipping documentation
. Experience with digital sales tools, analytics platforms, or business intelligence systems
