Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads and tenders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the technical and estimating teams.
- Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Meet sales targets and report on performance to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales target achievement (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Number of new clients acquired
- Tender win rate
- Client satisfaction and retention
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction, demolition, or heavy civil sales
- Strong understanding of technical and regulatory aspects of demolition
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical documents
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
