Project Sales Manager (Repair & Repainting - Construction Sector )

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the Repair and Repainting Construction Sector
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and property managers
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals, including pricing, technical documentation, and compliance with client specifications
• Collaborate with estimating and project teams to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
• Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations teams and maintain post-sale client engagement

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on Repair/Repainting projects
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing client relationships and negotiating contracts

Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction materials, coatings, and repair techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Leadership and team management skills (for Sales Manager role)
