Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and manage customer service sales opportunities and rebuild projects to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers, including mid size systems.
- Identify customer's challenges and requirements for opportunities to provide tailored solutions for system improvement to meet their needs.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Prepare sales proposal for upgrades and retrofits, review service agreement to negotiate with with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Act as a key bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, friendly connections with customers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
- Align, review and execute company's sales strategy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in service sales, with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong in communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills.
- Effective and confident presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and overseas when required.
- Dynamic and results-oriented.
