Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Customer Relations Manager to lead our sales initiatives and nurture long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence.
