About the Role
This is a Sales-First role. We are looking for a relentless Sales Manager who thrives on the hunt. You will work side-by-side with the founders to execute our B2B sales strategy, targeting corporate clients across Singapore.
Your mission is clear: Open doors. We are looking for someone who loves the adrenaline of cold outreach, the psychology of getting past gatekeepers, and the satisfaction of booking high-quality meetings. You will not be bogged down by operations or vendor management; your sole focus is revenue generation and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- The Main KPI Book Meetings: Your primary metric of success is the number of qualified meetings booked with potential corporate clients. You will be the tip of the spear in our outreach efforts.
- Hunter Prospecting: relentless outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking to identify decision-makers (HR Leads, Office Managers, Procurement) in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Pitch & Close: Conduct high-impact presentations to showcase WhyQ's corporate food solutions, tailoring the pitch to solve specific client pain points.
- Founder Collaboration: Work directly with the founders to refine the sales playbook, analyze market feedback, and pivot strategies in real-time.
- Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of your sales funnel from the first touchpoint to the signed contract.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, Business Development, or a similar high-activity sales role. Fresh grads are welcome to apply as well.
- The Hustle Mentality: You are not waiting for leads to be handed to you. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure and high autonomy.
- Resilience: You handle rejection well and view no as just a step closer to a yes. You are persistent and tenacious.
- Communication: You are capable of building instant rapport with senior stakeholders such as HR, procurement, office managers, etc.
- Results-Oriented: You are driven by targets and financial incentives.

- Uncapped Earning Potential: We offer a competitive base salary of 4,000 - 6,000 SGD, with a commission structure based on revenue from every new client you bring in. With this structure, you have the potential to double your base salary through commissions. The more revenue, the higher your payout.
