Sales Manager

Challenger Technologies Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate our retail team in achieving monthly sales and membership targets. The role involves supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and driving product knowledge across IT categories. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Description

• Supervise, motivate and communicate with colleagues to achieve sales targets of the month
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide consumer advice on products
• Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to staff on ground
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Sign-up new members, meet or exceed targets given for ValueClub memberships
• Deliver excellent customer service from start to end
• Arrange and display retail merchandise as instructed
• Do daily housekeeping before store opens and after store closes to ensure cleanliness and safety
