The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding CADFEM's presence in Singapore by promoting engineering simulation and digital engineering solutions. The role focuses on enterprise and strategic customers across industries such as manufacturing, electronics, automotive, aerospace, energy, and academia.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Drive new business acquisition and account growth for CADFEM's portfolio including ANSYS, CAD/CAE, simulation, and engineering solutions.
Own and achieve sales targets (license, subscription, services, and renewals).
Identify and develop new opportunities across enterprise, SMB, government, and academic segments.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Engineering Heads, R&D Managers, CTOs, Procurement).
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and proposing value-driven technical solutions.
Work closely with technical/pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Market & Partner Engagement :
Develop go-to-market strategies for Singapore.
Collaborate with partners, principals (ANSYS), and internal stakeholders.
Represent CADFEM at industry events, seminars, webinars, and customer meetings Forecasting & Reporting.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in CRM.
Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
