We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, grow our memberships, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive new membership sales through effective lead generation, outreach, and conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, corporate clients, and community partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Train, motivate, and manage sales consultants to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every touchpoint.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus.
