Role:
You are the bridge between curiosity and commitment, ensuring every potential client feels excited, cared for, and connected to our brand from the first hello to the lasting impression of see you again!.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement & Conversion
- Connect with warm leads from marketing campaigns/efforts via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book, and email.
- Turn conversations into confirmed engagement at our outlets through engaging, personalized communication.
- Track and follow up on all assigned leads in a timely, professional manner.
2. Client Journey Management
- Be the client's personal contact throughout their experience-from booking to post-service follow-up. (You will get to stay in contact with people from all backgrounds!)
- Gather feedback, address concerns, and celebrate compliments to create strong, positive relationships.
3. Creative Referral Generation
- Build a referral network by incentivizing clients to refer friends (e.g., free facial, exclusive perks).
- Brainstorm creative ideas to encourage repeat visits and word-of-mouth promotion, subject to approval.
4. Digital Engagement & Social Interaction
- Be the brand's voice on messaging platforms and social channels.
- Respond promptly and warmly to inquiries and comments, creating a friendly and professional tone that reflects our brand personality.
- Invent and improve chat bot's auto message to cater to common offline hours inquiries for retention.
5. Weekend Flexibility
- To be available during weekends for lead engagement (remote no need to be in the office).
