Develop and grow existing and new business opportunities to meet the company's corporate goals and orderintake targets.
Manage customer accounts and maintain strong, longterm relationships across the region to drive retention and revenue growth.
Identify, pursue, and convert potential sales opportunities through proactive networking, communication, and close followup with existing and new customers.
Coordinate and engage with customers to transform sales tenders into executed agreements or purchase orders, ensuring smooth and timely conversion.
Expand the existing customer base through effective customer service, relationship building, and market outreach initiatives.
Develop sales proposals, strategies, and business cases, securing internal approvals as required.
Conduct technical meetings and discussions with customers, leveraging strong knowledge and competency in the HMH Equipment Product Portfolio and associated technologies.
Monitor market conditions, technologies, competitors, and customer requirements to provide timely intelligence to the Business Development and Sales teams.
Ensure all business activities align with budgeted sales targets, implementing necessary controls to achieve the desired performance outcomes.
Provide regular updates to Business Development and Sales leadership on regional developments, customer insights, and forward-looking business outlook.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or work experience equivalent.
At least 10 years of experience in related field is required for this position.
Oil and gas experience within the offshore and onshore drilling industry is required.
Experience in Mining slurry pumps sales would be an advantage.
A committed, responsible and self-motivated sales professional who is sales revenue driven.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
