Senior Sales Manager

• Lead the Semiconductor sales team to meet thebusiness unit challenging sales targets
• Drive business growth and build marketpositioning in the region
• Develop sales and marketing strategies andimplement sales plans to achieve sales objectives and profit margins
• Identify new business opportunities and developstrategic relationship with customers
• Responsible for new market penetration andmaintain existing accounts
• Expand sales leads and drive sales activities
• Follow up closely with factories in Malaysia,Philippines and Japan to meet customers requirements
• Analyze market and industry trends for companycompetitive advantages
• Consolidate sales reports for review with localManagement and Head Quarter

Job Requirements

• Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical qualification
• Possess at least 12 years of relevant sales experience in the Power Semiconductor industry
• Have good network of prospective customers in the region with proven sales track record
• Highly resourceful and organize
• Goal oriented with strong leadership skill
• Possess strong presentation, planning and organizational skills
• Keep abreast of industrial and market trends for ASIAN & Oceania countries
• Frequent traveling in the region is expected
