We are a metal fabrication SME and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and control our Sales Team & Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expanding our global network, and generating new leads. The Sales Manager will align with the company's direction and contribute to Sale growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales team members to ensure it's Sales Mission is a line with Company Direction, Ability and Capacity.
- Create SOP for Quote and Cost Estimation for each quote to submit for Manager Approval before sending out to Customer. Equip Sales team with Marketing tools power point when reaching out to New customers.
- Develop a Sales members activities dashboard to monitor the activities of the Team. Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales members by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system with KIP for individual Sales Members.
- Sales Team to maintain minimum Sales Target set. Obtaining leads and Sales to progress a profitable results for the organisation.
- Sales Manager to ensure Accounts Receivable timely maintaining zero bad debts.
- Sales Manager to create skills development, Technical and product knowledge for Sales Staff.
- Development marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each Customers (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force yearly plan.
- Create a individual salesperson in their performance appraisal system.
- Approve individual Sale costing against BOM Target set controlling expenditure against Sale amount.
- Submit monthly sales forecast against actual performance report timely.
- Submit Sales Purchase Budget for Special Projects amount larger than expect.
- Other ad-hoc sales ormarketing assignment from Superior.
REQUIREMENT
- At least 3-5 years experiences in either Electronic Equipment manufacturing, Clean Energy, AI business Sector development
- Qualification in Business or Marketing Diploma and above
- Ability to handle Sales staff under your care
- Understand Product costing against Sales Impact
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Excellent time management, prioritization skills and self-independent at work
