- General office duties as assigned by the Spare Parts Department manager which may include:
- Follow up with our customers and their agents & freight forwarders on supplied orders to ensure correct and complete supporting documents are obtained for GST purpose.
- Filing of documentations in accordance with requirements in an orderly fashion and retrieval of these documents for audit purpose.
- General administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Knowledge in GST for marine industry and on export is an advantage.
- Knowledge in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics will be used).
- Good communication skills in English both verbally and written.
5 days work week
