Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and marine engineering consultants across the APAC region.
- Identify early-stage marine and offshore projects and position company solutions in tender and design phases.
- Manage and grow business with key channel partners while driving new customer acquisition.
- Work with Project Management, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure a seamless sales cycle.
- Support technical qualification and approval processes for marine products and systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and industry trends.
- Represent the brand at maritime trade shows, industry events, and technical meetings.
Candidate Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of B2B channel sales experience in the marine, engine, or generator sector.
- Established network in the regional maritime ecosystem (shipowners, shipyards, consultants).
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
