Founded in Singapore, The Orange Cube is an established interior design and renovation firm specialising in HDB, condo and landed homes as well as selected commercial projects.
We provide our designers with a steady stream of homeowner leads, in‑house carpentry and reliable partners to deliver quality projects from design to handover.

We are expanding our team and looking for Sales Interior Designers who enjoy meeting people, understand homeowners needs and can close renovation projects.

Sales Interior Designer (Leads Provided / Renovation Projects)

What You Will Do

• Meet homeowners (HDB, condo, landed) to understand their renovation needs, budget and lifestyle requirements.

• Propose design concepts, space planning ideas and material selections that match clients preferences and budget.

• Prepare quotations and project proposals, explaining clearly what is included and excluded.

• Follow up with leads provided by the company via calls, WhatsApp and showroom appointments to convert into confirmed projects.

• Manage the project lifecycle together with the operations team - from design, site measurement, material confirmation to handover.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors (e.g. carpenters, electricians, tilers) to ensure works are carried out according to design and schedule.

• Provide good after‑sales service to build long‑term relationships and referrals.

• Keep updated on renovation trends, materials and regulations relevant to Singapore properties.

    Requirements (for Job Requirements / Skills)

    Requirements

    • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in interior design / renovation sales / related sales roles. Fresh candidates with strong sales interest are welcome to apply.

    • Strong interest in interior design, space planning and home renovation.

    • Comfortable meeting clients in person, conducting site visits and following up via phone/WhatsApp.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills - able to explain design and costs clearly to homeowners.

    • Self‑motivated and target‑driven, able to manage your own appointments and sales pipeline.

    • Able to work on weekends or evenings when required for client appointments (off‑days can be arranged on weekdays).

    • Proficient in spoken English ability to speak Mandarin or dialects to communicate with some clients and contractors will be an advantage (to be framed as advantage, not requirement, for fair hiring).

    Good to Have

    Knowledge of basic AutoCAD / SketchUp / design software is a plus, but not strictly required if you have strong sales skills.

    Prior experience in home renovation, furniture, tiles, kitchen, or related industries is an advantage.
