[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

You will play a pivotal role in our team by creating accurate and detailed 3D models (C&S BIM model) that contribute to our various rail and road projects. Your key responsibilities include:
. Collaborating on in-house design projects using BIM and drafting software
. Developing precise and detailed 3D models (C&S BIM model) based on design data
. Producing reinforcement concrete detailing and drawing sheets for rail and road projects
. Reviewing BIM and CAD submissions from contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with project specifications
. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor

[What we are looking for]

. Knowledge in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
. A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in construction design and drafting
. At least 3 years of experience specifically in Civil and Structural BIM modelling
. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure discipline) and AutoCAD
. Ability to create detailed reinforcement concrete (RC) and steel detailing
. Familiarity with industry-specific standards and requirements related to 3D modelling
. Knowledge of Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Open Buildings Designer is a plus
. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment
