Responsibilities:
.Qualify new business prospects to expand market opportunities
.Conduct sales visits to potential customers and follow up to advance sales discussions
.Search for and respond to private and public tender invitations to secure new contracts
.Execute full sales cycle activities including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing orders, and collecting payments
.Provide pre-sales technical assistance and detailed product specifications to support customer decision-making
.Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
.Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
.Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
.Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to improve product offerings.
.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
