Job Descriptions
. Develop and maintainstrong relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring newbusiness opportunities.
. Drive sales growthwithin the HORECA, bakery, café, catering and foodservice sectors.
. Conduct regularcustomer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable productsand solutions.
. Prepare quotations,negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
. Follow up on customerenquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
. Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new businessopportunities.
. Ensure timely paymentcollection and maintain accurate customer records.
. Achieve monthly salestargets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
Requirements:
. ITE Certificate or a related discipline.
. Candidates with experience as a Chef, Pastry Chef, Baker, or in the Food & Beverageindustry are encouraged to apply.
. Strong communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Self-motivated,results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
. Positive attitude witha willingness to learn and grow.
. Passion for the foodservice industry and delivering excellentcustomer service.
