Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.
Build strong relationships with new clients to expand business opportunities.
Respond to quotation requests, prepare competitive offers, and close sales effectively.
Generate weekly sales reports and forecasts to support planning and performance tracking.
Address technical and quality concerns in coordination with principals.
Work with principals regarding pricing, product specifications, and quality issues.
Participate in overseas travel for meetings, supplier visits, and training sessions as needed.
Job Specifications:
Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or similar field).
A passion for sales and strong communication will be considered an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in electronic component distribution is an added advantage.
Willing to travel locally and internationally when needed.
Self-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
