Sales Executive

About the role

Maju Tech Pte Ltd, a leading technology company, is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Toa Payoh, Central Region. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research

• Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our innovative tech solutions

• Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management in our CRM system

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Providing feedback and insights to the management team to help drive the company's sales growth

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the IT industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data-driven sales techniques

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented with a passion for the tech industry
