Key Responsibilities
Identify client needs and propose customised corporate gifting solutions aligned with their branding and marketing goals
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with both existing and new corporate clients
Proactively expand your sales pipeline through cold outreach and prospecting
Engage clients through calls, virtual meetings (Zoom), and in-person discussions, including site visits when required
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and ensure smooth coordination of sales orders
Deliver excellent client experience through timely updates, responsiveness, and effective issue resolution
Maintain consistent follow-ups to increase conversion rates and foster long-term partnerships
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets/KPIs
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management (B2B experience is an advantage)
Background in corporate gifting, wholesale, events, or related industries is a plus
Proven ability to close deals and sustain long-term client relationships
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic sales reporting
