Job Summary

You will manage customer inquiries and requirements through email and phone, schedule and assign jobs to drivers, and maintain accurate records using Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requirements via email and phone to provide timely support
• Schedule and assign delivery jobs to drivers to ensure efficient route management
• Send daily signed Proof of Delivery (POD) emails to confirm completed deliveries
• Perform accurate data entry using WMS to maintain up-to-date inventory and order information
• Generate picking and packing lists through WMS to prepare orders for shipment
• Submit weekly and monthly inventory reports to customers using WMS to keep them informed
• Prepare necessary logistics and shipment documents as required to support operations
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to support daily administrative tasks
• Willingness to work overtime when required to meet operational demands
• Demonstrates passion for continuous learning and personal growth

Working Hours 5.5 working days Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm
