Job Description

Sales Executive drivesrevenue growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals, serving as the primary liaison between a company and its clients. They are responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, providing after-sales support, and analyzing market trends to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential leads and new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closing.

client Relationship Management: Building long-term relationshipswith new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Product Knowledge & Presentation: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products/services and conducting tailored presentations or demos.
  • Reporting & CRM Usage: Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with accurate client data, activity logs, and sales forecasts.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for negotiation and persuasion.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and handle client objections/queries.
  • Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline.
  • Experience & Education: Typically requires a degree in marketing, business, or related field, along with proven experience in B2B
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
