Job Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT products and services (e.g., IT hardware, software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure).
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct client presentations, product demos, and solution proposals tailored to business needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's IT products, solutions, and services.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams
- Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Manage renewals, licensing, and service agreements.
Job Pre-requisite
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates with a Class 2B or Class 3 driving licence will have an added advantage
- Passion in IT or Sales and eager to learn
Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for senior-level positions, while those without prior sales experience are welcome to apply and will be considered for junior roles.
