Role Objective

As the face of the LIXIL Experience Center (LEC) Flagship Store, you will deliver an unparalleled luxury retail experience. Your primary mission is to transform showroom visits into long-term brand loyalty through expert product consultation, seamless sales execution, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. You will drive sales growth while maintaining the premium operational standards of our flagship location.

Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales Excellence:

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the primary point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify client needs through active listening to recommend tailored product solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Technical Product Expertise

  • Subject Matter Expert: Maintain mastery of the LWT APAC product portfolio, including technical features, pricing, and unique selling propositions.
  • Competitor Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to effectively position LIXIL products during client comparisons.

Operational & Showroom Integrity

  • Sales Processing: Manage the end-to-end sales journey, including accurate lead and opportunity management in Salesforce, POS transactions, as well as the handling of payments and deliveries
  • Merchandising: Ensure the showroom remains in Flagship Ready condition, maintaining merchandise displays and promotional setups.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to ensure product availability for clients.

Relationship Management & Collaboration

  • Service Recovery: Proactively resolve client concerns to ensure a positive brand reputation and long-term retention
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with Marketing, Project, and Training teams to support in-store events and stay updated on new product launches.

Job Specifications & Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. Nitec/Higher Nitec
  • Experience: 35 years of proven success in a high-paced, premium sales or retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse client profiles.
  • Mindset: A target-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a high level of integrity.
