A Thai Catering company are expanding in the market are looking for someone who have prior experience in catering sales to join and grow with the team.
Sales & Business Development:
- Prospecting for new clients through various channels, networking, and online inquiries.
- Responding to catering inquiries and converting them into sales.
- Developing and maintaining a strong client base through relationship building.
- Generating proposals and customizing menus to meet client needs.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
Client Management:
- Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Understanding client requirements and preferences.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns.
- Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.
Event Coordination:
- Liaising with internal teams (chefs, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Managing event logistics and timelines.
- Conducting site inspections and preparing event-related documentation.
Market Awareness:
- Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Essential Skills:
- Sales and Negotiation: Strong ability to prospect, close deals, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships and conveying information.
