Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations through to closing
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and networking events
- Prepare quotations, proposals, technical specifications and other sales documentation
- Conduct product presentations, including at customer sites
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) on order fulfilment and delivery
- Handle after-sales follow-up and resolve customer issues
- Track outstanding payments and support collections
- Prepare weekly sales reports for management
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Eager to learn, with a positive, proactive attitude
- Willing to travel to customer sites when required
- Holds a valid Class 2B or Class 3 driving licence
- Open to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only
