Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers including: preparation of document, presentation, quotations, closing orders, and resolving customer query
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive market expansion and grow the customer base.
- Building relationships and promote the company's products and services with potential customers
- Coordinate with other departments (Procurement/Warehouse/Logistics) to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
- Responsible for the forecast of annual sales, and sales targets
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors activities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, M&E, or industrial products
- Familiarity with electrical conduit, cable containment, or related products is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Possess Class 3 driving licence (preferred)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
13th month bonus
Monthly Incentives based on sales performance (subject to company performance review)
