Job Description

Summary:

We need a Client Specialist who embodies brands luxury standard. This is an exceptional opportunity to represent a prestigious luxury brand in our Orchard Road boutique. We are seeking a highly motivated and style-passionate individual to join our team on a short-term contract. You will be the crucial link between the client and our brand, responsible for creating unforgettable experiences and nurturing a loyal clientele.

Responsibilities:

1. Exquisite Client Experience & Sales Performance

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (KPIs) by deeply understanding and fulfilling client needs.
  • Master the Art of Storytelling: Engage clients by sharing the rich history, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition of our products.

2. Boutique Operations & Visual Presentation

  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the timely, attractive, and strategic display of all new collections and products to maximize sales appeal.
  • Stock Integrity: Maintain a highly organized stock room, diligently recording and managing all stock transfers to ensure accurate inventory and minimize loss.
  • Reporting: Assist the management team with daily and weekly sales reporting where required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Previous experience (even short-term or internship) in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a premium client-facing environment is highly advantageous.
