- Build and maintain relationships with schools and teachers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable books and resources.
- Actively promote our books through presentations, meetings, and events, ensuring our products meet the educational needs of our customers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve our product offerings.
- Assist customers with placing orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any post-sales inquiries or issues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of sales experience preferrably in similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
