To support our expanding business, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

About the role
As a Sales Executive, you will support our corporate gifting, souvenir wholesale, and merchandising business by managing customer enquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth project execution.
You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver customised products on time - from enquiries to artwork approval, production, and delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, project coordination, and exposure to branding and product development.

What you'll be doing

Sales & Client Support

. Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations

. Provide product recommendations based on client needs

. Follow up on proposals, sample requests, and approvals

Project / Order Coordination

. Liaise with suppliers for pricing, artwork development, and production timelines

. Track orders to ensure on-time delivery

. Prepare sales documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders

. Coordinate logistics and arrange deliveries when required

Account Management & Relationship Building

. Maintain good relationships with existing customers .
Support business development by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities

General Support & Administration

. Update sales records, databases, and reports

. Assist with marketing activities, exhibitions, and product launches where needed

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

. Customer-focused with strong communication skills

. Organised and detail-oriented,
able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines

. Proactive and resourceful, able to solve problems and follow through independently

. Team-oriented, willing to collaborate with sales, marketing, suppliers and operations

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (Fresh graduates welcome)

. Experience in corporate gifting, merchandise, events, retail/wholesale, or B2B sales will be an advantage

. Good command of spoken and written English (Mandarin skills is a plus for liaising with suppliers)

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

. Comfortable with customer interaction, quotations and order coordination
