Job Description
- Grow Business - Work with leads given to you and explore new opportunities in the market.
- Engage Clients - Understand customer needs, propose solutions, and coordinate with factories to bring projects to life.
- Manage Sales Process - Follow through from product sampling to production, with support from the team.
- Build Relationships - Support clients and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Learn the Market - Keep updated on industry trends and share insights with the team.
- Stay Organised - Track sales activities, update client records, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communicator in English & Mandarin (to liaise with China-based teams).
- Able to build trust and relationships with clients.
- Education: GCE O Level and above.
- Basic electronics/electrical knowledge is needed - training will be provided.
- Willing to travel for work.
- 1-week training trip to China after probation to learn technical skills
- Overseas allowance (when travelling) & vehicle maintenance allowance (after probation)
