Little Totler is hiring a Sales Executive focused exclusively on preschool outreach. The role is responsible for driving adoption of Ready-to-Heat Meals within preschool centres through direct, on-ground engagement. This is a field-based role requiring proactive outreach, relationship building, and consistent follow-up to convert trials into recurring orders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and build a pipeline of preschool centres (private preschools, childcare centres, enrichment centres)
- Conduct cold outreach via door-knocking, walk-ins, calls, and email
- Establish initial contact with principals, centre directors, or decision-makers
2. Product Sampling & Trial Conversion
- Coordinate and deliver product samples to centres
- Organise tasting sessions for teachers, staff, and decision-makers
- Clearly communicate product value (nutrition, convenience, quality ingredients)
- Drive conversion from sampling trial recurring purchase
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool operators
- Act as the main point of contact for enquiries, feedback, and follow-ups
- Gather insights on customer needs, pricing sensitivity, and objections
4. Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, samples distributed, and conversion status
- Track funnel metrics: leads meetings samples trials retained accounts
- Provide weekly reporting on progress, challenges, and opportunities
5. Market Feedback & Iteration
- Collect on-ground feedback on product, pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Share insights with internal team to refine product-market fit for preschools
Requirements
Experience
- 1-3 years in sales, business development, or field sales preferred
- Experience in F&B, FMCG, or education sector is advantageous
