Job Responsibilities:
Admissions & Student Enrollment
- Handle inquiries from parents/students and provide course recommendations.
- Manage student enrollments, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and ensure timely fee collection.
Marketing & Outreach
- Promote courses through social media, digital marketing, and partnerships.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and referral programs.
- Create promotional materials (brochures, social media content, ads).
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Build strong relationships with parents and students.
- Gather and showcase student success stories and testimonials.
- Coordinate renewal of enrollments and encourage sign-ups for additional courses.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends.
- Track and analyze marketing performance and student enrollment data.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or education is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Able to work on both weekends (with one weekday off) and commit to a 5.5-day workweek.
